1) Designer Toy & Handmade Warning
!! WARNING!! My work is NOT A TOY! Some of my works may also contain small parts that are a CHOCKING HAZARD!!
While "designer toys" is a category of art, they are not made for children and therefore are NOT suitable for children under the age of 15 years old! They are more collectible original artwork/sculptures for adults.
Due to the nature of handmade items, especially editions, the shape, height, colours & designs can slightly differ than the photo example. If you’d like to request a photo of an exact item of the item beforehand please let me know.
It should also be noted that I currently use resin to make my designer toys. While resin is durable if dropped it will break! Please handle with care. Unlike vinyl designer toys, resign ones should be seen more like figurines that aren’t likely to be suitable for young children or withstand lots of handling.
2) Payment Methods
I currently only accept PayPal through Big Cartel. This should also allow you to pay with cards. If you live in Singapore please contact me directly before buying if you’d like other payment options.
3) Dispatch
I aim to dispatch items within 1-3 days from Singapore (unless otherwise stated). Dispatch can take longer if I have partially busy period of work or i get a lot of orders together as it takes time to prep & package them. If an item is a pre-order please check each listing for further details about estimated production time release dates. In the event that I cannot complete by the estimated date I will do my best to inform buyers, but best to check social media first.
When I use 3rd parties any also aim to dispatch within approx 3 days but it can depends on the item and subject to change.
4) Singapore Shipping & Collection
Once dispatched, items will take approx. 2-5 days. If you’d like to arrange collection or want another delivery option please contact me before buying.

5) International Shipping
I ship to most countries from Singapore. Once dispatched, it can take approx. 5-12 days depending how far away from Singapore you are. However some countries it can take longer due to clearance times. Please do take this into account if you need something for a specific date to avoid disappointment.
Select items i fulfill through a 3rd party may take longer 10-20 days for international shipping. I thank you for your understanding.
6) Import Tax
I am unable to mark items as “gifts” and will put the true cost on the shipping labels as required by the post. Buyers are responsible for any import fees/taxes. Thank you for your understanding.
7) Delivery Delays
Delivery delays can happen especially around holidays or acts of nature. Delays can also accrue if something is held at customs.
8) Registered Tracking
In my experience tracking isn’t always fantastic and vague so it's best to think of it "limited live tracking". It can largely depend on the destination country. I apologise that I am unable to give any more details or actually delivery dates/times other than the info that is on the tracking service. If you'd like to pay for an alternative shipping method please contact me and I'm sure we can arrange something.
9) Lost, Damaged, Returns & Refunds
Items not registered, while only rare, can go get lost in the post. While I can’t be held responsible for postal service losses, if for any reason you have not received your item after 14 working days after the expect delivery please let me know. If an item is somehow damaged or misprinted in transit please let me know. If you’d like to return an item you can do so within 21 days of the delivered date please contact me, however return delivery is the responsibility of the buyer. While these situations don’t happen that often, I of course want to work with you to find a solution and depending on the situation I may offer a refund, part refund replacement or repair. If something is lost, it can take many months for the postal services to investigate.
10) Commissioned Custom Works
I take on commissions for illustration and design toy but it largely depends on my schedule. I need to be contacted directly for commission inquiries well in advance. I occasionally announce slots for customs on social.
11) Stock availability
I tend to get stock or make things in batches. Once a batch has sold there is no grantee I will resupply designs. Events I do in person, like cons, will have priority over stock. I tend to make things available online after events.
12) Colours in photos
I try my best to photograph my products as well as possible, however please note that there can slight colour differences.
13) Use of your email
Emails & data are only used for orders and internal internal purposes.
Other than the automatic transaction notifications, I will only use an email to message you in relation to your order.
